We want you to love your eyewear. If something isn’t perfect, our streamlined returns and exchanges make it simple.

Return window

  • US and most international orders: 30 days from delivered date.
  • EU: 14‑day right of withdrawal (per local consumer laws). We also extend our standard 30‑day return window where permitted.
  • Holiday period: Orders placed Nov 1–Dec 31 qualify for returns through Jan 31 of the following year.

Return window applies to the date you request a return (RMA) as long as the item is shipped back within 7 days after RMA approval.

Eligibility and condition

  • Items must be unused, in original condition with all accessories: branded case, cleaning cloth, tags, documentation, and packaging.
  • No scratches, adjustments, or wear on lenses/frames. Protective films (if any) intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) required.
  • Sets/bundles must be returned complete.

Returns not meeting these requirements may be refused or incur a restocking fee up to 15% to restore salable condition.

Non‑returnable items

  • Prescription lenses or customized optical orders.
  • Final sale or clearance items marked non‑returnable at checkout.
  • Gift cards and store credit.
  • Items with signs of wear, damage, or missing components.

How to start a return

  1. Request an RMA: Email [email protected] or use our contact form. Include your order number and reason.
  2. Receive instructions: We’ll approve eligible returns and provide an RMA number plus a return label option where available.
  3. Pack securely: Place the eyewear in the original case and box, add all accessories, and protect with outer packaging.
  4. Ship back: Affix the label and hand to the carrier. Share tracking if you use your own label.

Return shipping costs

  • Change‑of‑mind/fit: Customer pays return shipping. Discounted prepaid labels available in the US (flat $10 deducted from refund).
  • Defective, incorrect, or damaged on arrival: We cover return shipping.
  • If a return reduces your order below the free‑shipping threshold, original outbound shipping may be deducted.

Packaging checklist

  • Eyewear in original case
  • Cleaning cloth and documentation
  • All tags, spare parts, and outer box
  • Protective outer packaging and RMA on label

Exchanges

Prefer a different color or size? We offer quick exchanges:

  • Instant exchange: Place a new order; we refund your original once the return is received and inspected.
  • Traditional exchange: We ship the replacement after the original item is back and approved (subject to stock).

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection. Bank processing may add 3–7 days.
  • Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Where applicable, we can issue store credit for faster reuse.
  • Refused or undeliverable shipments may incur return shipping and restocking fees.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • Report within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and carrier label.
  • We will repair, replace, or refund depending on availability and your preference.
  • Keep all packaging until your claim is resolved.

Order cancellations and changes

  • Contact us as soon as possible to cancel or edit your order before it ships. We process orders quickly.
  • Once shipped, please follow the standard returns process.

International returns

  • Mark the package “Returned merchandise – no commercial value” and include your RMA number to avoid extra duties.
  • Duties and taxes charged by your country are non‑refundable by us; you may claim back locally where applicable.
  • Use a tracked service and retain proof of postage.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranty for defects in materials or workmanship may apply based on brand policy. We’re happy to facilitate warranty evaluations where eligible.

  • Warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, scratches, or unauthorized repairs/adjustments.
  • Contact us with your order number, issue description, and photos to begin a warranty review.

Gifts

  • Items purchased as gifts and returned by the recipient can be refunded to the original purchaser or converted to store credit for the recipient.
  • Gift receipts are accepted for credit/exchange.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know if my return is approved?

We’ll email your RMA approval with instructions. Returns without an RMA may be delayed.

Can I return sunglasses I tried on?

Yes, if tried on briefly indoors and in original condition with all packaging. Signs of wear, adjustments, or lens scratches aren’t eligible.

What if I purchased from another retailer?

Please contact that retailer directly (e.g., Sunglass Hut, LensCrafters). Their policies apply to their orders.

Do you offer free return shipping?

We cover return shipping for damaged/defective/incorrect items. For other reasons, you may use our discounted label (US) or your own carrier.
