Processing & Cut‑Off Times
- Orders placed by 1:00 PM PT typically begin processing the same business day.
- Customization, preorders, and backorders ship when available; we’ll email an ETA.
- Orders placed on weekends/holidays start processing the next business day.
Tracking & Delivery
- You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking.
- Carrier delivery times are estimates and exclude processing time.
- If marked delivered but not received, check with neighbors/building manager and contact us within 7 days.
International Shipping, Duties & Taxes
We ship globally to many destinations. Depending on your country, duties and taxes may be:
- Calculated and prepaid at checkout (Delivered Duty Paid, where supported), or
- Collected by customs upon arrival (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
Refusing a shipment due to duties/taxes may result in return shipping fees being deducted from your refund.
PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO
- We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO via USPS.
- Expedited and Next‑Day services may be unavailable for these addresses.
- Please allow additional transit time for military addresses.
Signature & Insurance
- Orders over $500 or to high‑risk locations may require an adult signature.
- If you cannot sign, contact the carrier with your tracking number to arrange alternatives.
- For security, we cannot remove signature once required by the carrier.
Changes, Holds & Cancellations
- We can update addresses while your order is still processing. Contact support promptly.
- Once shipped, rerouting may not be possible and may incur a fee.
- To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has shipped, please use our returns process.
Backorders & Split Shipments
If an item is backordered, we’ll ship available items first and the remainder when back in stock. You’ll only be charged for items as they ship.
Packaging & Sustainability
We use protective packaging designed to reduce waste and keep your eyewear safe in transit. Please recycle the cardboard and paper where facilities exist.
