4. Orders & Acceptance

• Your order is an offer to buy. We accept only when we send a confirmation email or dispatch the Product.
• We may cancel all or part of an order (and refund any amount charged) due to stock errors, suspected fraud, pricing/description errors, or regulatory restrictions.
• Please review your order carefully; requests to modify or cancel may not be possible once processing begins.

5. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

• Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless noted.
• We accept major cards and other methods listed at checkout. By providing a payment method, you represent you are authorized to use it.
• Sales tax, VAT, duties, or import fees may apply based on your delivery address and are your responsibility unless we state we collect them.

• Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and begin after order processing.

• Eligible items may be returned within the period stated in our Return Policy in unused condition with original packaging and tags.

8. Warranty, Quality & Care

• Exclusions: normal wear and tear, scratches, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, and loss or theft.
• Care guidance: Use microfiber cloths, store eyewear in a protective case, avoid extreme heat, chemicals, and saltwater.
• Safety: Sunglasses are not a substitute for certified protective eyewear. Polarized lenses may affect visibility of LCD/LED screens and certain instrument panels.
